Eugene Grin co-founds Laurus Capital Management

Eugene Grin and his brother David Grin are both principals and co-founders of Laurus Capital Management, LLC (Laurus), which encompasses the investment fund of the business, Laurus funds. In the five years since its inception in 2001, Laurus grew from a negligible concern with less than $5 million in capital to a major asset investment and hedge fund firm with nearly $1 billion in assets. Mr. Eugene Grin received a B.A. in Engineering from Ukrainian The Technical College of Radio, Electronics and Industrial Engineering in 1977 and he also serves as an executive officer of Global Equities and Realty, Inc. 

Since inception, the funds managed by Laurus have invested in numerous companies across many different industries and built a well diversified portfolio. "Laurus" is the Latin word for success, and "Valens," from the new Valens Funds portfolio launched by Laurus Funds, is the Latin word for strength.
