AFP - Geneva (AFP) - The European Union (EU) offered to cut an average of 60% the level of its agricultural tariffs, against 54% of the project under discussion so far, reported on Monday Peter Power, spokesman for the trade bloc, opened after a ministerial meeting of WTO in Geneva.
